ACCOMMODATIONS

Bible study small groups, boy scouts, mission teams, quilting guilds, youth groups, photographers, families, and many more – there’s a place for everyone at Beersheba.

We serve a variety of denominations, businesses, families, and organizations. If you are looking for the perfect location for your next individual or group retreat, Beersheba is the place for you.

Turner family lodge

The Turner Family Lodge offers 24 rooms with private baths and clean linens. The East and West sides of the Lodge each have a great room with a fireplace and kitchen facilities, and a large outside deck running the length of the building allows ample sitting space.

EASTSIDE

Eastside offers 12 comfortable hotel-like rooms on the main level, 6 of these being accessible to persons with disabilities, and 10 rooms downstairs. Each room contains a private bath, and linens are provided. Eastside is just up the sidewalk from Bostick and Banks Conference Rooms and the Dining Hall.

SMITH ROW

Smith Row offers eight hotel-like rooms, private baths, linens, and a shady porch for quiet time, visiting and relaxation.

THE LOWER HOTEL

The Lower Hotel hosts six modern rooms including the Bishop Morris and Bishop Short Rooms. Two of these rooms adjoin a room behind them to form a suite as needed

BRICK ROW

Brick Row offers 3 Bishop guest rooms reserved for group leadership or clergy on personal retreat. Access to a small kitchen is available on request.

VINTAGE ROOMS

The Vintage Rooms in the provide no linens and a community bath in the Quad is shared with other guests.

GILL DORMITORY

This building is a great economical and self-contained place to hold a crafting or youth retreat. A central great room and kitchen divide 2 sides each of which contain a common bathroom and 4 bedrooms with bunk and single beds. Total sleeping capacity is 23. Price varies if you prefer to do your own meals or cook for yourselves – call for availability.

LOWER NEAL

Lower Neal provides four long-term personal retreat rooms which include a private bathroom and kitchenette. These four rooms are located just off of the quad behind the Prayer Labyrinth.

PRAYER SPACES

You can find several dedicated areas to prayer on the facility. The prayer garden is located next to the chapel. Enjoy Meditation Moments spread throughout the facility and the Prayer Labyrinth next to SBS.

CAMPFIRE PITS & PAVILLION

Experience these beautiful gathering spaces to enjoy a campfire with your group.

SAMUEL BOYD SMITH BUILDING

This multipurpose building holds up to 350 people for large group events or worship.

HOTEL LOBBY

This common meeting space encourages quiet sitting, visiting, games, spirited conversations and singing around the fire on a cool night. This space is open for all guest groups and cannot be reserved.

DINING ROOM

Serving up to 180 guests at a meal, the Dining Hall staff strive to provide great meals during your stay with us. With prior notice we would love to assist with special dietary needs for your group.

CHAPEL

The Assembly’s beautiful Chapel was updated in 2011 and offers a quiet sacred place for worship. It will accommodate up to 150 persons. It is accessible to those with disabilities.

VESPER POINT

Just down the hill a short walk from the Chapel and Hotel, the Assembly’s rustic Outdoor Chapel offers a spectacular view of the valley below and a sacred and secluded outdoor space for worship or reflection.

Next to the Hotel Lobby, our Gift Shop proudly offers unique fairly traded artisan items from Ten Thousand Villages, tee shirts, our personally designed coffee mugs, artwork design by our “Leaf Lady”, and other items you must see!
